We are governed by a Trust Board of non-executive trustees, who are accountable for the work of the trust including the oversight of our academies. The Board reports to the Members at least annually.

Profile: Occupation - CEO Smart Multi Academy Trust
Following his previous career as a primary Headteacher for 14 years, Colin has since taken up the role of CEO for Smart multi-academy trust. He is a Trustee and Chair for Schools Northeast and a member of the Regional Directors Advisory Board, which gives him excellent networks of relevant professionals across the region to keep him up to date and informed.
