We are governed by a Trust Board of non-executive trustees, who are accountable for the work of the trust including the oversight of our academies. The Board reports to the Members at least annually.

Profile:
As a former Head of Governor Services for Newcastle LA and National Leader of Governance (NLG) from 2013 until 2020, Helen has a considerable track record of carrying out external reviews of governance and other support across all phases and sectors. In her role as Director and Chair of the OWL Foundation Trust Board since its inception, Helen has a substantial depth of knowledge of the schools and communities the schools serve.
